Hee, this is just so great. Natasha is half-thrilled that Jane would do that for him and half-oh-God-this-is-how-Clint-feels-when-Steve-makes-an-inside-joke-at-me.
Jane will teach Natasha ASL if she doesn't know it. <3 It's more like how Clint feels every time a big fireball or missile is coming and Natasha instinctively dives under Steve's shield. He knows Steve has Natasha's back.
Heee, no, no, she knows ASL. They had a moment one night when she said she liked watching his hands, he said he liked watching her mouth, and he suggested he take his tech out more often so he can read her lips and she can watch his hands. It's more just like "that was a thing that only we used to share. IT'S GOOD TO SHARE IT WITH MORE PEOPLE, AND I AM AN ADULT. Just, it's a little strange, too."
Awww, well, Natasha has no need to be jealous. She knows Jane loves her. And it's just something they use while undercover because its an added layer of security.
Isn't it funny how that kind of thing happens when you have the right writer to work with? :) I seriously <3 your Nat and Lex's Clint. They are perfect together. Perfect.
Oh! I should warn you, tomorrow night I'm flying out for Korea. I'll have my tablet with me, but I'll be relying on airport wifi in Seattle (layover), then 14 hours on a flight with none. :(
