Okay, just to let you know, I figured we could make this HYDRA thing go faster by breaking it down into two different threads, with Clint and Jane on different parts of the base, and that after Ward had an encounter with Clint, he could send him to go and get Jane out of whatever custody they might have her in (since scientifically she's valuable enough to capture and coerce to continue to work for them rather than outright kill), and that we could work from there with whatever level of distrust you want Jane to have and him doing to covert protecting her thing until it gets to a situation where he has to make it obvious that he's been doing things to keep her from being killed.
And then they could get out from there.
What do you think? I'm fully open to suggestions and tweaking.
